To ensure our guests can safely enjoy their journey on the “Seven Stars,” we have been carefully assessing the feasibility of our upcoming operations.

However, after comprehensively evaluating the safety of the railway facilities along our routes and the potential for future aftershocks, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the “1-Night, 2-Day Journey” scheduled to depart on Saturday, August 1.

We will be contacting the affected guests sequentially by email to provide further details regarding the next steps.

As the safety of our guests remains our highest priority, we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Seven Stars in Kyushu will resume operations on Saturday, September 13th, following a temporary suspension due to regular maintenance.

However, due to the impact of the heavy rainfall that occurred in the Kyushu region between August 8th and August 11th, track damage has been confirmed on certain sections of the Hisatsu Orange Railway and the Nippo Main Line in the Kagoshima area.

As a result, the 1-night, 2-day itinerary for the following departures will operate via an alternative route:

・Saturday, September 13
・Saturday, September 20
・Saturday, September 27

We sincerely apologize for any concern this may cause to our guests who are scheduled to travel on these dates, as well as to those who were looking forward to sending off the train. We kindly ask for your understanding and continued support.
